Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
To process your claim faster, kindly provide:
Order number
Clear photos of the damaged/defective product
Photo of the outer packaging/parcel
After review, we will arrange a replacement if applicable.
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible.
3. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
Wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer
Failure to receive or collect the parcel
Courier’s unsuccessful delivery attempts
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
If the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it upon request, and the reshipping fee will be borne by the customer.
4. Order Cancellation
